Tariffs
Bulk water tariffs
NamWater aims for full cost recovery while keeping water affordable. Tariffs are reviewed and approved annually.
Bulk tariffs for 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, excluding VAT. Our average cost of supply was N$14.56 per m³ in 2023/24. Contact your area office for the tariff that applies to your scheme.

NamWater supplies water in bulk to municipalities, local authorities, industries, mines, government institutions and the Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation. Households in towns are usually billed by their municipality.
